Every week our club sends out an email that provides a link to indicate you are attending. This is the easiest way to respond. If you're not receiving this email, please let Mike know directly and he can help.

Alternately, you can always view our online agenda and indicate you are attending. You can do that by going to https://agenda.pgtoastmasters.com/

Our agenda is available at https://agenda.pgtoastmasters.com/

You can also find it through Easy-Speak if you don't mind clicking around a bit. https://easy-speak.org/view_meeting.php?c=4446&show=next would get you there.

Base Camp is e-Learning software provided by Toastmasters International. You can access it easily here.

Pathways is the education program used by Toastmasters International. It provides members with a variety of learning paths to develop their communication and leadership skills.

Pathways uses Base Camp to present you a series of projects. You use these projects to help you prepare to deliver a speech. When you're ready to present your speech you can request a spot through Easy-Speak or by emailing our VPE Sara directly. You deliver the speech and are evaluated. You can then mark the project completed in Base Camp and you progress to the next.

Base Camp always challenges you by providing a list of roles to complete at each level. For example, you might be asked to serve as an evaluator for another member. Just like speeches, these roles can be requested via Easy-Speak or by emailing our VPE Sara directly.

Projects are grouped together into levels, so periodically you will complete enough projects and roles to "level up".

If you'd like more information then the best online resource we've found is the Pathways Catalog provided by D57. You can find it at https://d57tm.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/pathways-v6.pdf

Fill out the Member Interest Survey available at https://forms.gle/QKHDAXoN6afD98AW6. The survey will confirm how you'd like your name listed including pronouns of choice. When you're complete it will automatically prompt Mike to print you an updated name tent.

You can find a quick reference list of evaluation forms at https://meeting.pgtoastmasters.com/

That being said, on any project that you're completing in Base Camp, the evaluation forms are part of the training itself. This is generally covered in the very first slide of your project.
